Dr. Omkar Jani received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina in electrical engineering, and Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the field of photovoltaic science and engineering. He is the founder and managing director of Kanoda Energy Systems, an innovative photovoltaic solutions provider. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Reliance Industries where he heads the research and development and strategy for the company’s renewable energy plans.
